NBE 90 St.

NBE 90 is a landmark corporate headquarters project fully executed by Benaa Limited Construction (BLC) in New Cairo. The project represents one of BLC’s large-scale, end-to-end deliveries, encompassing full construction execution, interior fit-out, and comprehensive project management.

BLC was appointed as Main Contractor and Project Manager, in addition to providing architectural design services for selected areas. The scope covered the complete delivery of modern office environments, including open-plan workstation areas, executive and administrative offices, circulation corridors with glass partition systems, and a centrally located cafeteria serving as a social and functional hub.

The interior design emphasizes efficiency, clarity, and contemporary corporate identity. Open workspaces were carefully planned to enhance flexibility, collaboration, and visual continuity, while curved ceiling elements, integrated lighting, and high-quality finishes contribute to a refined architectural language. Extensive glazing and a central atrium allow natural light to penetrate deep into the building, creating a comfortable and productive workplace.
