The NBE CFC branch is a fully executed Design & Build project delivered by Benaa Limited Construction (BLC) in New Cairo. Despite its compact footprint, the project required a high level of precision, coordination, and compliance with strict banking standards, security requirements, and brand guidelines set by the National Bank of Egypt.
BLC was responsible for the complete delivery of the branch, covering architectural design, interior fit-out, and construction execution. The scope included customer service counters, teller areas, waiting zones, ATM integration, back-of-house spaces, and all associated finishes and systems.
The design reflects a contemporary banking environment focused on efficiency, clarity, and customer comfort. Custom-designed teller counters, integrated signage, and clear circulation paths were combined with a modern material palette aligned with NBE’s corporate identity. Lighting and ceiling systems were carefully coordinated to enhance visibility, control, and spatial quality, while furniture and waiting areas were arranged to optimize customer flow and experience.
